 What causes kidney cancer?

The kidneys filter out harmful substances and chemicals from the body. Harmful substances reach the urinary bladder through urine. And finally it comes out of the urethra.

In this way, the kidney cleans the blood of our body. In addition, it also performs important functions such as keeping the blood pressure balanced, potassium, sugar, urea, creatinine and other trace elements, vitamins, and salts in the body.

What is the condition of the kidneys?

Every person has two kidneys. which are located in the back of the abdomen to the right and left of the spine. The kidney is 10 to 13 cm in length and 3 to 5 cm in width, which looks like a bean in shape. Each kidney averages 150 to 250 grams.

Blood flows from the heart to both the kidneys through a large artery. After the blood is cleaned in the kidneys, it returns to other parts of the body.

Therefore, if you have kidney disease, life becomes difficult. Life is not possible without kidneys.

Urine test: Normal and culture test of urine.

MRI: This technology can easily identify cancerous cells (tumors) in the kidney. If the cancer cells have penetrated, encroached, distorted other nearby tissues, arteries, ureters, nodes, it will appear easily.

City scan: From the city scan of the stomach and kidneys, the size, condition, location and spread of the tumor can be determined.

Ultrasound: It is used to assess the size and location of the tumor.

Biopsy: A sample of meat is safely removed using a special type of needle.

Stages of cancer

First stage: The size of the cancer tumor is only a few centimeters. It does not spread elsewhere.

Second stage: The size of the cancer tumor is larger than 7 cm.

Third stage: The cancer has spread to other nearby muscles. It spreads to blood vessels and nodes.

Fourth stage: The cancer may have spread to the liver, lungs and bladder.

Treatment

Surgery: Chirfar is used to treat kidney cancer. In this way the initial cancer is removed.

Partial kidney surgery: If the cancer is small, only a small part of the kidney is saved and thrown away.

Complete kidney surgery: In this, the entire kidney and surrounding blood vessels and nodules are removed.

Radiation therapy techniques

In this technique, the cancer cells are deactivated by the use of radiation and the cancer is dried. This prevents cancer particles and cells from moving to other digits.

Destruction: In this technique, cancer cells are destroyed by the use of extremely low temperature (cold gas) and the tumor is dried.

In another type of procedure, cancer cells are destroyed by giving electric waves.

Immunotherapy: In this, special types of drugs make the body's immune system aggressive and stronger against cancer cells.

This process destroys the cancer. This treatment method benefits 50 to 60 percent of cancer patients.
